Batam City Hotel - Nagoya

We thoroughly enjoyed being in this property. the hotel had a marvelous position, near a shopping center. - We stopped by Malaya Cafe Bcs Mall for coffee and treats, it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

Had a fantastic stay for 2 nights & would love to come back. The location was great and easy, at a medium distance from Bcs Mall. It was also short walk to many USB cable outlet, the shopping mall, food court and market and coffee shops. The room was spacious with exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, television, and a mini bar fridge.

The location was EXCELLENT, so close to Batamadvisor. And it was also short walk to BCS mall and lots of eateries nearby and Batam and a shopping centre with many massage centres around.

The staff here were really friendly and kind. It was nice to have a mini bar, air conditioning, and a big TV in the room. the price was reasonable, just around 💲30.

Delicious food options available and conveniently located near Pasar Penuin market, making it easy to explore by foot 🍽️.

Got an outstanding, modern room with WiFi and a double bed. the room had a modern design. - the location was magnificent, around 10-15 minutes walk from Tua Pek Kong Temple. - Close proximity to various amenities such as shopping malls, hair salons, massage parlors, F & B outlets, local kopi shops. - Surrounded by massage and spa centers, BCS, and local snacks at Penuin market.

Great location just a couple of blocks from a mosque 🕌. Nice rooms that are well-maintained, with air conditioning and cozy double beds.

Convenient location just a short walk from the pasar penuin market. the room was clean and looked brand new, complete with air conditioning, WiFi, and a comfy double bed. 🌟

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room wasnice and neat, and the location was excellent, with food, shopping, and massage places within walking distance. The staff, especially Miss Months at the front desk, provided excellent service and always greeted me with a smile.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short business trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us to our room and providing excellent room service. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a balcony was a nice touch. The location was perfect, with the hotel being within walking distance of the Reborn Massage, BCS mall, and various eateries. The hotel also provided a complimentary pick up service from the ferry terminal, adding to the convenience of our stay.

Would recommend this hotel.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel provided free shuttle service to and from the ferry, which was very convenient. The room was surprisingly spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was great, as it was within walking distance to many food choices and a shopping mall.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, as we found an ear bud at the side of the bed. The bathroom's flushing system was also not smooth.

The hotel had a great overall ambience and the room was clean and comfortable. I was impressed with the excellent service provided by Miss Months at the front desk, who even remembered my name. The hotel staff were all very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The location was perfect, with plenty of eateries and spas within walking distance. The hotel also offers a free pick up from the ferry terminal, which was a nice touch. I was highly satisfied with my stay and would definitely return in the future.
